基于磺化聚芳醚砜/聚丙烯酰胺的semi-IPN质子交换膜
Semi-IPN proton exchange membranes based on sulfonated poly(arylene ether sulfone) / poly acrylamide
以4,4-二氟二苯砜、4,4-联苯二酚、3,3-二磺化-4,4-二氟二苯砜钠盐为原料,经亲核取代共聚反应,合成了一系列磺化聚芳醚砜(SPAES)聚合物。以偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,丙烯酰胺、N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为原料,经自由基聚合合成了交联聚丙烯酰胺(PAM),利用溶液浇铸法制备了一系列semi-IPN-SPAES/PAM质子交换膜。详细研究了该系列膜的离子交换容量、吸水率、尺寸变化率、质子导电率及水解稳定性。结果表明,该质子交换膜具有低的吸水率、良好的尺寸稳定性、较高的质子电导率及水解稳定性,且在高温低湿度的条件下质子电导率有了较大幅度的提升。
In this paper a serious of sulfonated poly(arylene ether sulfone) (SPAES) copolymers were successfully synthesized from 4,4'-difluorodiphenyl sulfone, 4,4'-bisphenol and 3,3'-disulfonate-4,4'-difluorodiphenyl sulfone via nucleophilic substitution polymerization. Polyacrylamide (PAM) were prepared from acrylamide and N,N-methylene-bis-acrylamide using azobisisobutyronitrile as initiator through radical polymerization, and used as starting material to prepare semi-IPN- SPAES/CPAM membrane during solution casting procedure simultaneously. The ion exchange capacity, water uptakes, dimensional change, proton conductivity as well as hydrolytic stability of the obtained membranes were investigated in details. The semi-IPN membranes show low water uptakes, good dimensional stability, high proton conductivity and good hydrolytic stability, and the conductivity at high temperature and low humidity are considerably improved.
