基于肤色的人脸检测
Face Detection Based on Skin Model
人脸检测是人脸信息处理领域中的一项关键技术, 其在自动人脸识别系统、基于内容的检索、视觉监测、新一代人机交互技术等领域具有广阔的应用前景。彩色图像中,肤色是人脸的重要信息。它不依赖于面部的细节特征,具有相对的稳定性。在色度空间中,人脸的肤色分布表现出良好的聚类特性。利用肤色特征可以快速抛弃大量背景因素迅速得到目标区域。文中首先研究了肤色在YCbCr色彩空间呈现的聚类特性,给出肤色在此空间的高斯分布模型。然后利用高斯模型对彩色图像进行相似度计算。最后对图像进行二值化处理,分析直方图和人脸的形状特征,最终标注出人脸区域。
he face detection is key technology in the field of face information processing, it' s widely applied in the fields of automated face recognition system, based on content index, video monitoring and human machine alternative technology. In color images,the skin-color is important information of face.It is stable,and independent of detail's changes.The skin-color has a good character of clustering in chroma space .According to this character,much background factor can be discarded quickly. Firstly,we analyze skin-color's clustering in the YCbCr color space,and establish a Gaussian model based on it.Secondly,a probability image is gained by calculating likelihood though the model.After threshold segmentation,rendering hole,and validating regions,the face regions are finally separated from the background.
