传媒上市公司高管薪酬激励与经营绩效实证研究
n Empirical Analysis on the Relation of the Executive Compensation Incentive and Corporate financial Performance
以2003-2009年12家传媒上市公司为样本,利用计量经济学面板数据模型,对中国传媒上市公司高管薪酬与公司经营绩效之间的关系进行实证分析。结果表明,传媒上市公司高管货币薪酬与公司经营绩效存在显著的正相关关系,但是这种显著性并不稳定;高管持股比例激励与公司经营绩效存在较弱的正相关性。鉴此,应完善高管薪酬结构、丰富薪酬激励形式、规范激励制度。
he argument is the relation between the executive compensation incentive and corporate performance by selecting 12 media listed companies as an empirical analysis sample and seting up a panel data model.The empirical results show that: executive monetary compensation and firm performance are significantly positively correlated,but the significance is not stable;At the same time, managerial ownership is weakly positively related to corprate performance.Therefore, it is necessary to improve executive compensation structure, enrich forms of compensation incentive, standardize incentive system.
