hrough using the method of literature and questionnaire, and taking the construction of athletics information resources of library of the Shanghai University of Sport under network environment as research object, this paper made analysis on the present situation, the development process, the need of resource construction, total programming, the contents of construction, existent problem and the strategy, develop trend etc. And hope that promotes the construction of athletics information resources of Shanghai University of Sport and as a reference for the construction of athletics information resources of the national athletics college.
