国际服务外包承接地差异化区位优势研究：基于示范城市承接企业的问卷调查
ifferentiation of Location Specific Advantage of Outsourcing of Services' Provider City: A Study of Vendors in Demonstration City
国际服务外包已成为我国多个地区重点发展和积极推动的业务。本文基于文献研究建立了影响承接地竞争能力的综合分析模型，对示范城市承接企业进行因子分析，并据此比较中国不同地区承接国际服务外包的区位优势。结果显示，生产能力、配套环境、经营成本这三个因子的共同作用影响着承接地综合竞争能力。珠三角经营成本较高、生产能力一般，但在软件开发等业务有突出表现。长三角地区在服务外包配套环境方面显示出优势，在生产能力和经营成本方面表现也不错,因而在系统与网络服务等领域具有相对优势。环渤海地区生产能力卓越，在系统集成服务、软件测试等领域具有区位优势。中国内地在承接服务外包方面具有成本优势，但囿于生产能力和配套环境方面的劣势，因而仅在客户服务外包和金融财会服务外包等业务领域享有相对优势。
Outsourcing of services has been one of the most important industries of more areas in our country. This paper demonstrates operational capability, cost factor and environment factor affect competence of provider city together with an investigation of demonstration city. Based on empirical study, this paper also discuses the source of locational advantage and leading industry of services outsourcing of four economic zones: Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River delta, Bohai Sea Economic Zone, and Midwest area.
