船舶电力系统永磁同步电机的振动噪声与测试分析
he Test and Vibration Noise Analysis of the Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor in Ship Power System
船舶电力推动系统中存在很多噪声,其中主要的噪声是永磁同步电机的振动噪声,本文主要是对电机的振动噪声进行研究。文中首先分析了振动噪声的产生来源-径向电磁力,建立了数学模型。继而,运用ANSOFT进行磁场仿真,得到电机径向和切向电磁力的频谱,验证了径向电磁力数学模型确性。同时,在ANSYS环境下,对电机的机械特征进行分析,得到电机的整机固有模态和定子模态,并得到了了电机的各阶模态数值表。最后,对电机的模态,电机的振动噪声进行测试。模态测试的值和仿真的数值误差在5%以内,误差允许的范围内。在测试电机的振动噪声特征时,对三种不同工况下的电机噪声和振动特性进行采集和频谱分析,将高分贝和加速度峰值频率区间进行统计,频率低于1000HZ,避开了共振,同时,使得电机的振动噪声特征和转矩特征联系到一起,提供了更好的振动特征观测方法。
here is so much noise in electronic propulsion of the ship.Mostly, the vibration noise has important effect.In this paper, we proposed a modeling method that is used to analyze the origin of vibration-radial magnetic force.Then,we analyze the radial and tangenitial force of motor in ANSOFT.After this procedure,we analyzed the modal shape of motor in ANSYS. According to the data, we made a form. Finally, the motor's modal, motor vibration and noise were tested. The value of the modal test and the numerical error of the simulation are within 5%, within the allowable range of error. In the test of motor vibration and noise characteristics, the three different conditions of the motor noise and vibration characteristics of the acquisition and spectrum analysis, the high decibel and acceleration peak frequency range statistics, the frequency below 1000HZ, to avoid the resonance, at the same time, the noise and vibration characteristics and torque characteristics of the motor connected together to provide better observation method for vibration characteristics.
