Na-Mn-Zr-W-S-P/SiO2六组分甲烷氧化偶联催化剂制备表征及机理探索
Preparation and Characterization of Na-Mn-Zr-W-S-P/SiO2 catalysts and their performances for oxidative coupling of methane
以SiO2为载体,Zr、Mn元素为主组分,S、P、W元素为助催化剂,同时使用Na+为修饰成分,设计一种六组分的甲烷氧化偶联催化剂。原料气采用两段常压固定床石英反应器进行反应,甲烷的平均转化率36%左右,C2烃选择性73%左右,收率在25%以上。通过选取五组该催化剂对其进行XRD、XPS、FT-IR以及SEM表征,表明Mn2O3和Na2Zr(PO4)2是多组分甲烷氧化偶联催化剂的活性组分,且Mn2O3起主要作用,Zr的加入进一步活化了甲烷分子,提高了甲烷的转化率,W和P的加入改善了C2烃的选择性,抑制了SiO2的深度氧化特性;W–O物种不是催化活性物种。
six component catalyst Na-Mn-Zr-W-S-P/SiO2 were prepared and tested on a fixed-bed micro-reactor without inert gases as thinner. Experimental results indicate that the average methane conversion and C2 hydrocarbon selectivity in OCM are about 35%,70%,respectively,the yield is more than 25%, In order to study the catalytic mechanism of multi-component OCM catalysts and farther improve catalytic performance, FT – IR,XRD,XPS and SEM were used to characterize the multi-component OCM catalysts. The experimental results show that Mn2O3 was main active species and addition of Zr further activated methane molecules to improve methane conversion; C2 selectivity was improved by adding W and P, and suppressed deep oxidation property of SiO2; W–O in catalyst surface was not active species.
