脐橙色泽与着色率的计算机视觉检测技术研究

Study on the Technique of Computer Vision Measurement of the Color and Lustre Character of Navel Orange

脐橙色泽与着色率的人工分级存在着劳动强度大、生产率低、分级标准难以实现、分级精度不稳定等缺点。为了解决这些问题,该文采用计算机视觉技术对脐橙图像进行处理,在分析果实表面颜色特征的基础上,对定性的色泽与着色率进行定量的描述,最后通过神经网络建立分级模型。实验结果表明,该分级模型对着色率与色泽的分级与人工标准分级的一致度分别在90%和92%以上。

Such defects as great intensity of labor, low productive efficiency, hard to realize the criteria of gradation and unsteadiness of the accuracy of gradation lie in the problem of manual gradation of the color and luster character of navel oranges. To conquer all the above defects, the article introduces how to process the graphs of navel oranges by adopting the technique of computer visions and makes a quantitative description of the qualitative color and luster of navel oranges on the basis of the analysis of the color characters of the fruit surface, and finally establishes the models of gradation through the neural network. The results of the experiment suggest that the consistency rate of the gradation model of the gradation of the color and lustre and manual gradation has reached above 90% or 92% respectively。
