基于健康度的大跨斜拉桥评估体系研究
Study of Assessment System of Long Span Cable-stayed Bridges Based on Health Degree
本文采用健康度指标进行大跨斜拉桥的状态评估。首先引入区间判断矩阵一致性判断方法,并结合均衡函数变权、灰色聚类法,完善了既有的以层次分析法为基础的评估理论,建立的新的桥梁缺损状态评估模型。并提出了桥梁功能适用性评估方法,确定了各底层指标内容。以桥梁剩余寿命期的费用效益分析为基础,建立了桥梁经济性评估模型。然后根据以上各项指标建立斜拉桥结构的健康度评估指标体系。最后通过对某大桥健康度评估的实例说明了本文提出的大跨斜拉桥健康度评估指标体系及评估方法是科学、实用的。
It is attempted to assess the long span cable-stayed bridge by using health degree index in this essay. Firstly, analytic hierarchy process with judgment method of the consistency of interval number matrix, combining with variable weights by balanced function and gray clustering method is used to improve the existing evaluation theory, so a new impairment evaluation model is established. A bridge suitability assessment method and the underlying index content are proposed, as well as a bridge economic evaluation model based on cost-benefit analysis of the remaining life. Then, a health degree evaluation system which comprehensively considered the upper index is established. Finally, an example of a Bridge is assessed to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
