Take Dalian as a case, collected 11 years\\\\\\\' land use and meteorological dates, used the linear analysis, principal component analysis, correlation analysis and other methods to construct the model between land use index and meteorological factors. Studies have shown that the area of green, architectural (buildings) and road increased year by year, which the road had the biggest increase. The temperature and precipitation shown a clear upward trend while the sunshine hours and wind speed declined. In the city, there were urban Heat Island, Rain Island, Dark Island and slow wind effects. The wind speed change is more sensitive in response to the underlying surface and they showing a significant negative correlation, while temperature, precipitation and sunshine hours manifested as alternating high and low values.
