溴甲烷甲基化甲苯制备对二甲苯的催化研究

本文通过水热合成的方法,制备得到了形貌规整、结晶度高的HZSM-5分子筛。采用浸渍的方法对HZSM-5分别进行了P、Si改性及其组合改性,并且通过一次生长法制得了HZSM-5@Silicalite-1核壳分子筛。采用XRD、SEM等手段对催化剂进行了表征,并探究了它们对溴甲烷甲基化甲苯制备对二甲苯的催化效果。研究结果表明:对HZSM-5分子筛进行组合改性后,其催化性能比经单独改性的催化剂的催化性能要好;当P2O5的负载量为5 wt%,SiO2为6 wt%时,甲苯的转化率为37.2%,对二甲苯在二甲苯中的选择性为69.1%。
HZSM-5 crystals of regular morphology and high crystallinity were synthesized by hydrothermal method. The modifications of the HZSM-5 crystal gave P/HZSM-5, Si/HZSM-5 and P-Si/HZSM-5 catalysts by impregnation method. In addition, core-shell composite crystals of HZSM-5@Silicalite-1 were obtained by in-situ growth method. Different techniques of XRD, SEM and N2 physioabsorption were employed to characterize the as-synthesized HZSM-5 and modified HZSM-5 materials. They were examined as catalysts for the methylaytion of toluene with methyl bromide. It was found that the modification of P and/or Si components led to the improvement of selectivity of papra-xylene while the catalytic activity of HZSM-5 molecular sieve declined. Especially, para-xylene selectivty up to 69.1% and high toluene conversion of 37.2% was observed over P-Si/HZSM-5 catalyst (P2O5 loading 5 wt% and SiO2 loading 6 wt%).
