Research Progresses in Using Isolated Microspore Culture to Induce Doubled Haploid in Brassica

芸薹属植物游离小孢子培养诱导双单倍体(DH)能加快纯化速率,表现稳定的隐性性状,丰富种质资源,在遗传育种和分子生物学研究中运用十分广泛。综合阐述了基因型、小孢子发育时期和花期,以及外在因素供体植株生长环境、预处理、培养基、培养环境和加倍对芸薹属小孢子培养的影响,以期为建立芸薹属高效小孢子培养体系提供参考。

Using isolated microspore culture to induce doubled haploid (DH) in Brassica can accelerate the purification rate, exhibit stable recessive trait, and enrich the germplasm resources. So it is widely used in the study of genetic breeding and molecular biology. This paper comprehensively expounds influence of the internal factors --- the genotype, developmental period of microspore, the flowering time, and the external factors --- the growth environment of the donor plant, the pretreatment, the media, the environment of culture and chromosome doubling on microspore culture in Brassica, in the hope to provide reference for establishing an efficient microspore culture system in Brassica.
