有机柱撑蒙脱石对十二烷基苯磺酸钠的吸附特性研究

本文通过批量吸附实验主要研究以HDTMAB(十六烷基三甲基溴化铵)为柱撑剂的有机柱撑蒙脱石对不同浓度的典型阴离子型有机物-十二烷基苯磺酸钠,即SDBS的吸附变化规律和趋势。探讨有机柱撑蒙脱石对阴离子型有机物的吸附条件和吸附效果之间的关系。 蒙脱石的柱撑实验表明,蒙脱石经过柱撑处理后,其比表面积和层间距明显增加,其吸附能力可能有显著提高。随后的吸附实验表明HDTMAB柱撑蒙脱石的最适合吸附条件为吸附平衡时间6h,pH值为6。柱撑后的蒙脱石对SDBS去除率明显提高,对SDBS的最高去除率达到了90%以上。2.0CE在所有柱撑蒙脱石中,2.0CEC柱撑蒙脱石吸附材料是最为理想的。
In this paper, HDTMAB pillared montmorillonites were synthesized and applied in wastewater treatment of SDBS. The adsorption characteristic of HDTMAB pillared montmorillonite on removal of different concentrations of anionic surfactant - sodium dodecyl benzyl sulfate (SDBS) is studied through the batch adsorption experiments. The pillared experimental results show that HDTMAB pillared montmorillonites have higher specific surface areas and larger basal spacings than raw montmorillonites. The difference in characterization may prove the adsorption capacity of pillared montmorillonite has improved significantly. then The batch adsorption experimental results show thatthe optimal adsorption condition is 6h of reaction time, pH value of 6. Pillared montmorillonites have a significant SDBS(SDS) removal rate than raw clays.The SDBS removal efficiency is more than 90% when it reached a reaction equilibrium.. Among all pillared montmorillonites, 2.0CEC pillared montmorillonite has been proved to be a promising adsorption materials.
