银杏营养贮藏蛋白质的糖蛋白特性分析

应用SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术结合碘酸-Schiff试剂染色法对银杏不同部位的营养贮藏蛋白质进行了研究。结果表明:银杏营养贮藏蛋白质具有典型的糖蛋白特性;经过糖基化的蛋白质在银杏不同部位广泛存在;枝条中贮藏蛋白质含量明显高于根系,而枝条韧皮部中的含量明显高于木质部;不同器官中的营养贮藏蛋白质存在明显的季节性变化。

he glycoprotein characteristics of vegetative storage proteins(VSP) in different parts of Ginkgo biloba were researched by the SDS-PAGE technology and periodic acid schiff reaction (PAS) .It was concluded that VSPs in Ginkgo Biloba is glycoprotein for it was glycosylated. And glycosylated VSP were widely existed in many organs in Ginkgo Biloba. Its content in one-year branches was the highest. The glycosylated VSP content in xylem was higher than in phloem, and the content in root was lowest. It has a obviously season changes of VSP contents in different organs.
