中小企业对物流外包企业的选择——基于风险最小化

he choice of logistics outsourcing companies relates to cost, quality, time, and supply chain control considerations. For the SMEs, to reduce costs through outsourcing logistics will become even stronger. And currently, most of the company which implements outsourced logistics policy voluntarily is among thinning profit margins and increasingly competitive industry. Reducing the cost is the primary consideration of outsourcing logistics. The right choice of logistics companies can reduce the risks posed by outsourcing, and improve enterprise competitiveness. This paper aim to minimize the risk of outsourcing as the goal, combined with its own characteristics of SMEs, build a choice model of logistics outsourcing companies and apply a smaller profit margin products of the model. Finally compare the three currently major logistics companies and derive the conclusion as well as the proposal for service logistics company need to provide.
