图书馆联盟开展跨界疫情应急服务的探索与思考——以福建省高校数字图书馆联盟(FULink)为例

Purpose/significance] This paper studies the methods for responding to major public safety emergencies, and provides reference and inspiration for the emergency information service of library alliance in China.[Method/process] Based on the SWOT analysis of library alliance and library affiliated enterprises, the introduction of emergency service measures and experience sharing of FULink Library Alliance, the crossover cooperation mode between the alliance and publishers, database agents and other institutions was proposed.[Result/conclusion] The crossover cooperation model is based on practice and has strong operability. In the face of major public security emergencies, the cooperation between libraries and libraries, and the cooperation between libraries and associated enterprises can draw on each other's strengths to overcome difficulties together.
