资源枯竭型城市下岗矿工再就业的影响因素分析

Resource-exhausted cities' laid-off miners face the difficult dilemma of re-employment. Fuxin as the nation's first resource-exhausted cities economy transformation pilot city, its' laid-off miners re-employment situation has a typical research significance. This paper mainly analyzes the present situation and reason of difficult re-employment for Fuxin laid-off miners, aiming at the problem of difficult re-employment for Fuxin laid-off miners, adopts the research method of combining theory with practice and collects data on re-employment situation by questionnaire survey and interviewees. IT finds out restrictive factors on laid-off miners' re-employment by using Likert Scale. Multiple logistic stepwise regression analysis was used to identify the contribution of each component to re-employment. The thesis finally put forward some suggestions to promote laid-off miners re-employment.
