文章针对现有的模拟广播系统存在抗干扰能力弱、传输距离短等不足,进行了基于CAN总线的数字语音通信系统的研究。给出语音通信系统的总体构成,并对节点各模块进行详细设计。核心部分采用内置CAN控制器PIC18F458单片机作为控制器,与独立的CAN收发器CTM8251构成CAN收发模块;采用低传输速率和高通话质量的AMBE-1000芯片作为语音编码器。测试表明,节点间可以实现可靠,语音质量高的实时性通信。

Some analogue broadcasting systems often have the problems of weak anti-interference ability and short-distance transmission, the study researches a voice communication system based on CAN bus to solve the above problems. The composition of voice communication system is given in the paper, the voice node uses microcontroller PIC18F458 which built-in CAN controller as the core controller. PIC18F458 constitute a CAN transceiver module with transceiver CTM8251 data transceiver. And choose AMBE-1000 which has the advantage of low transmission rate and high voice quality as speech coder. The testing result shows that voice node can real-time and reliable communicate with each other,and the quality of voice is stable.
