Research of Impact of Leader-member exchange relationship on Employee Affection Commitment: Taking Role Stress as moderator variables

本文探讨在中国大陆文化背景下,领导-成员交换关系(Leader-member exchange, LMX)对员工情感承诺的影响。来自不同企业的329名员工参加了本项研究。回归分析的结果表明,领导-成员交换关系对员工的情感承诺有显著的正向影响;角色压力在领导-成员交换关系和情感承诺之间起调节作用;此外,角色压力对情感承诺也有显著的负向影响。

In this paper, discussed the effect of Leader-member exchange relationship on employee's Affection Commitment. 329 employees which come from different company participate in this study. The regression results are shown that: Leader-member exchange relationship is positively related with employss's Affection Commitment; Role Stress moderate between Leader-member exchange relationship and Affection Commitment; Stress is negatively related with Affection Commitment.
