基于纹理感知的地面目标检测方法

人造物体与背景景物存在的纹理差异是生物视觉系统区别两者的显著特征之一。在借鉴Itti模型的基础上,本文提出一种基于纹理感知的目标检测方法。该方法利用灰度共生矩阵计算景物的纹理特征,对物体的强度、方向和纹理特征进行非线性融合,突出纹理粗糙度弱的人造物体并抑制纹理粗糙度强的背景。理论分析和实验结果表明,该模型融入了纹理粗糙度和相似性等特征来组织目标,提高了目标检测性能。
he texture difference between man-made objects and natural scene is a salient feature for biological visual system to recognize special object from background. A proposed method to detect man-made target based on texture perception is discussed in detail. Firstly, the feature parameters about texture are extracted by grey level co-occurrence matrix, and then the texture feature is estimated by combing the above extracted parameters. Secondly, texture, brightness and direction are used to build spatial salient map by nonlinear feature fusion, and it could enhance the man-made object with weak texture roughness and suppress the background with strong texture roughness. The method fuses the texture roughness and its similarity to focus on object. Some experimental results are included, and it shows that the method can accurately detect target in complex background.
