Zn在水溶液中球磨的生成相演化规律研究

Investigation on the Phase Pransformation of Products of Zinc in Water Solution Fabricated via High-energy Ball mill

将纯度为99.9%的Zn粉在水溶液中进行高能球磨,调节溶液PH值,制取Zn(OH)2和ZnO纳米粉末。不同球磨时间间隔进行取样,样品经低温烘干,由XRD 与SEM进行相成分分析及粉末形貌的分析。结果表明,酸性条件(PH=3)时球磨90小时,得到几乎全部Zn(OH)2;中性条件PH=7时,得到大部分ZnO和少部分Zn(OH)2,碱性条件PH=11时,得到大部分Zn(OH)2和部分ZnO,所有产物皆为纳米粉末。经热力学和动力学分析,初步得出碱性环境促进了Zn与水的反应,加速了Zn(OH)2的生成;球磨一定时间后中性环境下大部分Zn(OH)2会向ZnO转变,达到一定球磨时间后逐渐保持平衡。本文针对Zn在水溶液中机械力化学作用下生成物的演化规律进行了讨论。

High-energy ball-mill is introduced to promote the reaction of powders of Zinc with solution of different PH values. XRD and SEM analysis is adopted to analyse the compositions and patterns of the products. It is indicated from the results that all the products are nanometer of particle size and Zn(OH)2 is hindered to transform to ZnO in acid solution, while Zn(OH)2 tends to transform to ZnO, as to alkaline solution, high PH value accelerates the reaction of Zn and H2O. Based on the theory of thermodynamics and dynamics, the rule of phase transformation is discussed in this paper.
