茶树油妇女洗液抗菌性能研究
EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE BACTERICIDAL ACTION OF TEA TREE OIL LOTION
本文按照消毒技术规范指定的最小抑菌浓度测定、中和剂鉴定、细菌定量杀灭、有机物对杀灭微生物效果影响的测定等方法，考察茶树油妇女洗液对Candida albicans（白色念珠菌）、Escherichia coli（大肠杆菌）、Staphylococcus aureus（金黄色葡萄球菌）等泌尿系统主要致病菌的杀抑作用。试验表明，该含茶树油洗液原液对三种试验菌的杀灭率均达99％以上，其5倍稀释液对试验菌亦有明显的杀菌作用和持久的抑菌作用
ccording to the Technical Standard For Disinfection, to observe the germicidal and inhibitory efficacy of the tea tree oil lotion。Taking Candida albicans、Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus as target bacteria, minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) test、neutralizer suspension、suspension quantitative bactericidal test and organic disturbance test were carried out。The results demonstrated that the tea tree oil lotion was shown to exert pronounced bactericidal and lasting against the fungus, bacteria
