一种环保型玻璃鳞片防腐涂料的研制
Preparation of Environmental Protection Type Glass Flake Anticorrosive Coating
针对现有涂料有VOC挥发、抗渗透性差等问题,采用低分子量的环氧树脂、酚醛树脂,筛选合适的活性稀释剂和固化剂,加入适量玻璃鳞片,研制出环保型玻璃鳞片防腐涂料。利用正交试验法对涂料配方进行了优化,结果表明,最佳配方涂层固体含量≥98%,一次性涂膜厚度可达300~400μm,涂层附着力达1级以上,涂层耐热性约达288.5℃,具有较为优异的耐化学品性能;并借助SEM对涂层防腐机理进行了初步探讨。
In view of the existing paint has the volatilization of VOC, anti permeability etc. , a kind of glass flake anticorrosive coating of environmental protection type was prepared with low molecular epoxy resin, phenolic resin, and the appropriate reactive diluent and curing agent which were selected, proper amount of glass flake were added into the coaing. The coating formulation was optimized by orthogonal test, result revealed that the best coating's solids content not less than 98%, which has the disposable film thickness of 300~400μm, coating adhesive force of 1 class above, the heat resistance of the coating was about 288.5℃, and has a more excellent chemical resistance properties; then the coating anticorrosion mechanism were discussed by SEM .
