大豆蛋白质和脂肪与气象因子关系的研究
Study on the relationship between protein and fat of soybean and climatic factors
为明确大豆蛋白质和脂肪含量与气象因子的关系,改善大豆品质性状,本研究进行了多年多点多品种的大豆品质生态试验,运用多种数理统计方法,对河北省中南部地区夏大豆籽粒蛋白质和脂肪含量与平行观测的气象资料的关系进行了分析。结果表明,气候因子对蛋白质和脂肪含量影响的相关方向和数量(增减幅度)是不同的,但9月上中旬在其方向上存在相同的影响;影响蛋白质含量的综合气候关键期为8月中、下旬,主导气象因子是温度,其次为降水。影响脂肪含量的综合气候关键期为9月上、中旬,主导气象因子是日照时数,其次为温差。
In order to determine the relationship between contents of protein and fat in soybean and climatic factors, the experiment for quality of soybean was studied in the middle and south parts of Hebei Province from 2003 to 2005. The effects of climatic factors on the contents of protein and fat were analyzed by using several mathematical statistical methods. The results showed that the suitable climatic factors to protein and fat were different. The key stage to protein content was middle and last ten days of August, and the key stage to fat content was first and middle ten days of September. Protein content was mainly influenced by the temperature, followed by rainfall. Fat content was influenced by the sunshine duration.
