基于WSR的供应链风险管理研究

his paper made use of one kind of systems theory---WSR methodology on supply chain risk management on the base of the research results combing risk factors, risk management and strategy as well as supply chain network and so on. Firstly, the physical factor (W: Risk and other objective factors) the common sense factor (S: mechanisms, methods) and people management factor (R: cooperative factor) of supply chain risk management were discussed. Then WSR three-tier model of supply chain risk management was established. At last, take General Motors Corporation (GM) for example to analyze its supply chain risk management situation after 3.11 Japan earthquake and the result showed that GM's supply chain risk management process fully reflected the whole idea of WSR three-layer model. The study in this paper had provided a practical idea and framework of supply chain risk management so that this study was proved that it has important theoretical and practical significance.
