圆柱形钨/玻璃复合光学元件的线吸收系数测量

提出了一种新型的调控高能X射线的光学器件--圆柱形钨/玻璃复合光学元件,该元件以钨膜作为反射面来实现对高能X射线的聚焦。用Matlab语言编写了程序,对钨/玻璃复合光学元件的线吸收系数进行了理论计算,计算结果与实验测量数据具有较好的一致性。
In this paper, a cylindrical tungsten/glass complex optical element is proposed for the transmission of high energy X-ray. The cylindrical tungsten/glass complex optical element uses Tungsten film to reflect and focus high energy X-ray. Using a Matlab program, the line absorption coefficient of the tungsten/glass complex optical element is calculated. And the theoretical results are agree with the experimental results.
