人力资本溢价对经济波动的影响研究
Influence of Human Capital Premium on Economic Fluctuation
利用我国2003-2018年31个省市面板数据,本文从理论和实证的角度探究了人力资本溢价对经济波动的影响,结果发现:(1)人力资本溢价对经济波动的影响呈正"U"型,即适当的人力资本溢价能够减缓经济波动,但超过一定范围后人力资本溢价会加剧经济波动。(2)人力资本溢价对经济波动的影响能通过劳动力结构、物质资本存量、人力资本存量三个中介变量实现(3)将样本分为东,中,西部分别进行回归后,发现中部地区的人力资本溢价对经济波的影响是倒"U"型,东部和西部地区是正"U"型。(4)进一步通过空间回归模型分析,中部地区的"异常"可能是受到东部地区人力资本溢价溢出效应的影响。
Using the panel data of 31 provinces and cities in China from 2003 to 2018, this paper explores the impact of human capital premium on economic fluctuations from theoretical and empirical perspectives, and finds that: (1) The impact of human capital premium on economic fluctuations is in a positive "U" shape, that is, appropriate human capital premium can slow down economic fluctuations, but when it exceeds a certain range, human capital premium will aggravate economic fluctuations. (2) the premium of human capital on economic fluctuation by labor structure, the influence of material capital, human capital stock three intermediary variable (3) the sample is divided into the east, and west, respectively, after the handover, found the central region of the human capital at a premium to the impact of economic wave is inverted "U" type, the east and west is "U" type. (4) Through further analysis of spatial regression model, the "anomaly" in central China may be influenced by the spillover effect of human capital premium in eastern China.
