基于模糊综合评价的高校食堂服务满意度分析
Based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of service satisfaction of dining room of university
高校食堂与全校师生的生活息息相关,当今高校食堂私有化趋势日益明显,高质量的服务是各高校食堂在竞争中生存和发展的关键,因此,研究高校食堂服务满意度也就具有重要意义。本文在一份对高校食堂服务满意度调查问卷所得数据的基础上,应用层次分析法和模糊数学综合评判的相关理论,对所得数据进行计算和分析,为提高高校食堂服务水平提供参考。
he dining room of the university is closely linked with the life of the teachers and students of the whole school, the privatization trend of dining room of current university is obvious day by day, the high-quality service is the key through which the dining room of university can survive and develop in the competition, therefore it is significant to study the service satisfaction of dining room of the university. This paper, based on the data which is from a survey questionnaire about the service satisfaction of dining room of university, applies the relative theory of the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to calculate and analyze the data, in order to provide reference for improving the service level of dining room of university.
