Performance optimization of irreversible ferromagnetic Stirling heat pump
建立以铁磁材料为工质的不可逆Stirling热泵循环,探索不可逆传热、热漏、回热时间、回热损失及工质内不可逆性等对磁热泵性能的影响,基于铁磁材料的热力学性质,研究铁磁Stirling热泵的性能特性,应用优化控制理论,导出磁热泵的泵热功率与性能系数间的优化关系,并详细讨论了最大泵热功率及其相应的性能系数以及最大性能系数及其相应的泵热功率。研究结论可为实际磁热泵的优化设计和开发提供新的信息。
n irreversible Stirling heat pump cycle using ferromagnetic materials as a cyclic working substance is established. The influences of finite-rate heat transfer, heat leak, regeneration time, regenerative loss and the internal irreversibility on the cyclic performance of magnetic heat pumps are taken into account. On the basis of the thermodynamic properties of ferromagnetic materials, the performance characteristic of the ferromagnetic Stirling heat pump cycle is investigated. Also, by applying the optimal-control theory, the relation between the optimal heating load and the coefficient of performance (COP) is derived. Furthermore, the maximum heating load and the corresponding COP as well as the maximum COP and the corresponding heating load are determinded and discussed in detail. The results obtained in the present paper may provide some new information for the optimal design and the development of real magnetic heat pumps.
