水杨酸对低温下水稻幼苗生理生化特性的影响

Effects of Salicylic Acid on physiological and biochemical characters of Rice (Oryza sativa) under Low Temperature Stress

摘 要: 本文探讨了外源水杨酸(salicylic acid,SA)对增强水稻幼苗抗冷性的生理生化机理。常温下(25℃)用1 mmol/L的SA水溶液(pH6.8)喷洒水稻叶片1天后,置于7℃低温下冷胁迫0-8天,然后测定叶片含水量、叶绿体色素以及叶片和根的电解质外渗率。在相同的处理时间内,与未经SA处理的水稻幼苗相比,水杨酸明显提高了低温下水稻幼苗可溶性蛋白质含量、含水量、叶绿素含量和类胡萝卜素含量,降低了低温胁迫下水稻幼苗的电渗率,同时提高了水稻叶片保持水分的能力; 低温胁迫下,SA处理明显增强了水稻幼苗POD和SOD的活性,而 CAT活性则逐渐下降。以上结果表明SA能够诱导水稻幼苗在低温下活性氧清除酶系统的大量表达,从而增强水稻清除氧自由基和过氧化物的能力,提高水稻抗寒性。

bstract This paper studied the possibly physiological and biochemical mechanism of protective role of Salicylic acid (SA) to cold stress in rice (Oryza sativa L.) seedlings. Measurements of leakage electrolyte following chilling stress for 0-8d at 7℃ showed that pretreatment with hydroponic solutions containing 1 mmol/L SA as foliar spray at normal growth conditions 25℃ could significantly increase the activity of resistance to chilling stress in the rice seedlings. The results showed that SA lowered the leakage rate of electrolyte in rice leaves and roots, indicating that SA alleviated chilling damages. SA pretreatment increased the contents of protein, chlorophyll, chla, chlb and carotenoid in rice leaves, and it also enhanced the water holding of rice leaves. Under the chilling stress, SA preferentially enhanced the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) special to guaiacol, but it decreased the catalase (CAT) activity. These results collectively suggested that chilling stress activates the enzymes of SOD and POD under catalase deactivation in the leaves and roots of SA-treated and SA-untreated rice; SA enhanced expression of POD and SOD under low temperature and increased tolerance to chilling eventually.
