应用于移动终端的方向图可重构MIMO天线

随着新一代无线通信技术的到来,高速率,高质量的移动多媒体传输目标,使常规单天线收发通信系统面临严峻挑战,即使是采用常规发射分集或者接受分集,还是智能天线技术,都不足以满足现今对大信道容量和高质量通信的需求。而采用空间分集技术的多天线多入多出(Multiple Input Multiple Output)系统是对抗无线衰落,提高传输信道容量的一种有效的方法[1],研究表明[2],考虑Nt副发送天线,Nr副接收天线的无线MIMO传输系统,在接收端已准确知道信道传输特性的情况下,Nt=Nr时刻得到与Nt成比例增加的信道容量。在相同发射功率和传输带宽下,8发8收MIMO系统比单天线系统的信道容量将提高40多倍。[3]本文将提出一种应用于移动终端的可重构MIMO天线,对应MIMO天线的两种不同的工作模式,特征波束形成(Eigen-beamforming)和空分复用(Spatial Multiplexing),适时的改变天线方向图。

With the development of new generation communication technology, the mission of high speed and high quality mobile multimedia communication makes a challenge to classic SISO(single input single output) system. Using smart antenna, transmit or receive diversity still can not be meet the big channel capacity, high speed and high quality communication. It’s a good way to be against multipath fading and get high channel capacity using the MIMO(Multiple Input Multiple output) system. Research show that if the transmitter of the Nt*Nr MIMO system has the channel state information, the channel capacity increases linearly with Nr. It can get 40 times channel capacity by 8*8 system larger than classic 1*1 system.. Now the paper will propose a pattern reconfiguration antenna used in mobile terminal, its pattern will be change timely ,when it works in Eigen-beamforming mode or Spatial Multiplexing mode
