荷叶化学成分的分离鉴定
Isolation and identification of chemical constituents from the leaves of Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.
目的 对荷叶化学成分进行分离鉴定。方法 综合运用多种柱色谱方法,包括硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20等及制备HPLC对荷叶提取物进行分离纯化,并利用核磁共振及质谱等方法进行结构解析。结果 从荷叶70%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了5个单体化合物,分别为:鹅掌楸碱(1)、莲碱(2)、松柏醇(3)、3-hydroxy-1-(3′,5′-dimethoxy-4′-hydroxyphyenyl)propan-1-one(4)、3 ,4-二羟基苯甲酸乙酯(5)。结论 化合物3-5均为首次从莲属植物中分离得到。
Objective To isolate and identify the chemical constituents of the leaves of Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn. Methods The compounds were isolated by silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and PHPLC, and the structures were identified by MS and NMR spectroscopies. Results Five compounds were isolated from 70% ethanol extract of lotus leaves and identified as liriodenine (1), roemerine (2), coniferyl alcohol (3), 3-hydroxy-1-(3′,5′-dimethoxy-4′-hydroxyphyenyl)propan-1-one (4), and ethyl 3,4-dihydroxybenzoate (5), respectively. Conclusions Compounds 3-5 are obtained from Nelumbo Adans. for the first time.
