Noncommutative Quantum Electrodynamics in Background Field*

Using the Faddeev-Popov method, we give the feynman rule of noncommutative Quantum Electrodynamics in the classical electromagnetic field. The noncommutative correction of the propspstor predicates the photon has momentum -depentent mass. We aslo caculatet the amplitude of the photon scattered by the background field which is forbidden in the ordinary theory.
