一种新的数字水印算法DIH
New Watermark Algorithm DIH
本文通过对数字水印技术进行研究, 给出一种基于IDEA(International Data Encryption Algorithm) 加密算法和人类视觉系统（HVS）的小波水印算法，弥补了已有水印预处理过程中Arnold 变换的不足的同时，使得水印信息更安全、更便于携带和传输, 并进行了仿真试验。
ccording to the research on digital watermark algorithm, provide a new digital watermark algorithm based on human visual system and IDEA(International Data Encryption Algorithm) encryption algorithm, it avoid the defects of Arnold,meanwhile, it makes the watermark information more safe and easy transmission, and provide simulation result.
