废旧塑料浮选回收中气泡?颗粒粘附行为的研究

本文以PP、PE、PTFE三种塑料小球为研究对象,以研究气泡在球面的粘附行为为目标,在特制的塑料浮选实验装置上,选择十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)茶皂素(Tea Saponin)两种不同类型表面活性剂,采用高速摄像技术与图像处理软件进行分析,详细考察研究表面活性剂浓度、塑料材质等因素对单个气泡在塑料球面粘附行为的影响。研究结果表明:①不同塑料材质对气泡粘附行为有一定的影响。气泡撞击不同球面的可视化过程基本是一致的,速度的变化趋势也是相同的。不同的是,材料不同撞击反弹速度不同,动能耗散也有所不同,最终发生三相接触的时间也不同;②表面活性剂的浓度对气泡粘附行为有着明显的影响。随着SDBS溶液浓度的增加,气泡碰撞速度和反弹速度逐渐减小,最大反弹距离也相应缩短,碰撞和反弹次数也随之减少,气泡动能耗散逐渐增加,当浓度增加到一定值时,气泡不再与PP塑料球面发生三相吸附 。

In this paper………..(10 Points, Times New Roman) In order to study adhesion behavior of bubbles in the sphere, three kinds balls of plastics PP, PE, PTFE were studied in this paper. Surfactants sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS), Tea saponin(Tea Saponin) were chose as flotation agents in this study. Effects of parameters such as the concentration of surfactant, plastic material, etc. On adhesion behavior of a single bubble in the plastic ball were investigated in a laboratory especially designed flotation column by high-speed camera and image processing software and then find out the factors that influence the plastic flotation.Results of research showed that: ① Different plastic material had a certain influence on the bubble adhesion behavior. The visual process of single bubble impact different spherical was consistent, the change trend of the speed is the same.The difference is that bubble rebound velocity and kinetic energy dissipation were different with the difference of material, then three-phase contact time is different; ② The concentration of surfactants had a significant impact on bubble adhesion behavior. The velocity of bubble collision and rebound would decrease with the increase of SDBS solution concentration, and maximum bounce distance was reduced, there is less number of collision and rebound, bubble kinetic energy dissipation increased gradually. When the concentration reached a certain value, there is no longer three-phase contact occurring between the bubble and PP sphere
