oded structured light with spatial neighborhood is a well-known technique to acquire 3D information. This paper Introduce a way witch uses stereo structure without calibration of the projector by adding a camera, And this paper designs a new color stripe pattern, whose thick stripes are encoded of De Bruijn sequences with six different channel values and order three, while the thin stripes are encoded with multistep channel values . This paper uses Canny operator to detect the edge points and uses a twice decoding algorithm to get the unique coded words of every edge point, and then correspond the edge points between two stereo images by these unique coded words from twice decoding, which will be used to do 3D reconstruction. In addition, this paper introduces three new pure color stripe patterns to solve the cross-talk problem which is caused by the DLP projector and CCD camera before the step of corresponding. Finally, this paper also improves the color calibration algorithm, image de-noising algorithm based on a special template and codeword Check algorithm. Thus, a better way of 3D reconstruction will be got, which combines the advantages of traditional stereo vision and structured light and solves the low right matching question in weak texture region. And this method also has good robustness.)
