改性纳米黑碳对棕壤有效态Cu、酶活性和微生物呼吸的影响
Study on the effects of Modified Nano-Black Carbon on Content of Bioavailable Cu(II),enzyme and Microbial Activity in Brown Soil
采用培养试验,研究了添加改性纳米黑碳(MBC)对棕壤中有效态Cu、呼吸强度和酶活性影响。结果表明,施入MBC降低了棕壤pH值和有效态Cu含量,且随着MBC施入量的增加,土壤有效态Cu含量逐渐降低;MBC的施入,提高了土壤脲酶活性,对过氧化氢酶活性有较弱的抑制作用,对土壤呼吸作用的影响是先增强后减弱,培养后期,呼吸强度与对照无显著性差异。相关性分析表明,过氧化氢酶活性与有效态Cu含量之间有极显著正相关关系,与黑碳施入量之间有极显著负相关关系,土壤有效态Cu含量与黑碳施入量之间有极显著负相关关系,说明MBC对棕壤中Cu有较好的钝化效果,增加了土壤尿酶活性和土壤呼吸作用,在Cu污染土壤修复中具有一定的应用前景。
culture experiment were carried out to study the effects of Modified Nano-Black Carbon on Content of Bioavailable Cu(II), enzyme and microbial Activity in Brown Soil. The results showed that during the treatment of 60 days Modified Nano-Black resulted in a decrease in soil pH and Bioavailable Cu concentration and its content decreased with the added content of Modified Nano-Black. MBC had a remarkable activation effect on soil urease activity and a weak inhibition on soil catalase activity. Soil respiration increased and then decreased during the treatment, and respiration rate had no significant difference from the untreated soil. Catalase activity were negatively correlated with soil Bioavailable Cu concentration, but positively correlated with the amount of Modified Nano-Black. Soil Bioavailable Cu concentration were positively correlated with the amount of Modified Nano-Black. It indicated that MBC increased the activity of soil urease and respiration. It has a great value in remediating copper-contaminated soils.
