膀胱不同细胞系中CDC25B蛋白表达及意义

Objective: To detect the expression of CDC25B and to discuss their clinical significance in the different bladder cell lines. Methods: The expression of CDC25B was detected in bladder immortalized cell SV-HUC-1 and bladder cancer cell BIU-87 and T24 by Western blot. Results: The expression level of CDC25B in T24 was significantly higher than those in SV-HUC-1 and T24 (P<0.05). The expression level of CDC25B in BIU-87 was significantly higher than that in SV-HUC-1 (P<0.05). Conclusion: As the degree of malignancy of bladder cancer cell increased, CDC25B protein expression levels increased. CDC25B may be a new indicator of tumor malignancy.
