本文采用二氧化硅、炭黑和还原铁粉等三种填料对UHMWPE交联体系进行填充改性,采用模压烧结成型法制备了改性UHMWPE交联塑料,分别测试了改性UHMWPE交联塑料的凝胶率、耐磨粒磨损性和拉伸强度。实验结果表明:当二氧化硅含量6%、炭黑含量8%、还原铁粉含量2%时,磨粒磨损率最小。在磨粒磨损实验中,还原铁粉的含量对磨粒磨损率的影响最大。在拉伸强度实验中,二氧化硅的含量对拉伸强度影响最大。在硬度实验中,二氧化硅对硬度的影响最大。

he paper used silica, carbon black and reduced iron powder of three fillers filled UHMWPE crosslinking system modified.Prepared by compression molding and sintering forming the modified cross-linked UHMWPE plastic.Testing cross-linked plastic gel rate, abrasive wear resistance and tensile strength of the modified UHMWPE .The experimental result indicated:When the silicon dioxide content 6%, carbon black content 8%, reduced iron content 2%, the abrasive rate of wear is smallest. In the abrasive attrition experiment, reduced iron content to be biggest to the abrasive rate of wear influence. In the longitudinal strength experiment, the silicon dioxide content is biggest to the longitudinal strength influence. In degree of hardness experiment, the silicon dioxide the influence is biggest to degree of hardness.
