纵轴式掘进机横向截割中电控箱振动响应分析

基于UG实体造型技术,实现了纵轴式掘进机各组成部分的建模及装配,建立了纵轴式掘进机的三维实体模型,导入到Adams中获得了虚拟样机,并在Adams/view软件操作环境中进行了整机动力学仿真及后处理,得到了纵轴式掘进机横向截割中电控箱的振动响应情况。同时,通过实测对仿真结果进行了验证,分析了电控箱的振动响应情况。
hree-dimensional solid model of Longitudinal roadway roadheader was set up by using UG,a solid modeling technology. In this way,virtual prototype was completed in Adams. Then,simulation and post-processing was carried out in the Adams / view software operating environment, and the vibration response situations of the electrical control box in the transverse cutting process was accessed.At the same time, the simulation results were verified through the experimental and the vibration response of the electrical control box was analyzed.
