针对煤矿作业环境异常恶劣以及矿井瓦斯事故频发的情况,本文设计了一种基于Atmega16单片机的瓦斯监测仪。单片机通过ADC通道读取瓦斯传感器输出的电压信号,对井下瓦斯气体浓度实时采集、显示。瓦斯浓度超过预先设定的安全临界值时仪器自动报警。仪器还可通过RS-485总线的通信接口,将采集到的数据上传至上位机。该设计具有准确度高、低成本、低功耗的特点。

onsidering extremely hostile working environment and frequency gas accident in coal mine. A gas detection equipment based on Atmega16 MCU is designed in this paper.The MCU captures the voltage output by gas sensor ,achieves real-time gathering and showing of the gas concentration. When detected gas concentration exceeds preinstall safety value, this equipment will alarm.With the communication interface based on BUS RS-485, the equipment can upload the data collected to the host computer.This design has many advantages such as high accuracy,low cost and low power consumption.
