rTMS作用基础及其在脑卒中治疗中的应用

Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation as a kind of new technology has been widely used in the rehabilitation research of stroke with obvious advantage. The effect of rTMS can be influenced by stimulating direction, intensity, frequency, and so on. Exciting or inhibiting effect can be provoked by different stimulating parameters and plasticity change happens in the brain. rTMS in motor dysfunction, spatial neglect, dysphagia, spasticity, and so on after stroke has showed positive treatment effect and has a wide prospect. But its specific mechanisms are not very clear and further investigation will be needed.
