The production of apple and concentrated apple juice grow up rapidly. The price of apple is high in 2007, and trade volume of concentrated apple juice rise up to its peak. It is made apple and concentrated apple juice at the lowest trade volume due to overstock of concentrated apple juice apple 2007/2008 juice year, good harvest of apple in Poland of 2008, and finance crisis all over the world. As for the large trade volume and small trade volume in different year, some countermeasures were given in the paper.
