电阻应变片粘贴方法与引线连接技术
Sticking Technology and Connection Technology of Resistance Strain Gauge
盲孔法是测量工程结构件中残余应力的常用方法,在盲孔法中应变片的粘贴与引脚连接是两个较为困难而又重要的环节。本文基于Q390栓焊厚大件试样盲孔应力释放试验,总结介绍了应变片的选择与贴片技术,讨论了几种常用的应变片引脚连接方法。该技术方法除了应用于盲孔法,也可以贴片技术广泛应用在其他使用电阻应变片的试验场合。
he method for measuring residual stress by the blind-hole technique is a common method in stress analysis of engineering structural parts.Sticking technology of resistance strain gauge and the connection technology of the leads of strain gauge are two tough yet key technology in this method. In this paper, based on the test for measuring residual stress of large and thick welded sample of Q390 steel, summerizes both the sticking technology and the connection technology. The technologies can not only be used in the test of residual stress by blind-hole technique, but also can be applied in other experiments where resistance strain gauge is used.
