目的:观察三草降压汤有效组分的降压作用与血管舒缩因子ET-1、NO、ANGII的之间的关系。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测SCD有效组分干预后SHR大鼠血浆中AngⅡ和ET-1的浓度;用硝酸还原酶法检测其NO的含量,以此探讨SCD有效组分的降压作用机理。结果:SCD有效组分显著升高血浆NO浓度,降低ET-1浓度,与阳性对照硝苯地平无显著差异。但其对ANG-II无明显影响SCD有效组分可以通过升高血管舒张因子NO,降低血管收缩因子ET-1,发挥其降压作用。
