水污染事件信息披露网络分析

hina's frequent water pollution incidents do harm to the reputation of enterprise and the image of government. Information disclosure mechanism of water pollution is in urgent need of reform. In this paper, the relation network of participants involved in the information disclosure of water pollution incident is deemed as emergence of social network. 25 water pollution incidents in recent years in China were selected for analyzing information interaction in the network. By using content analysis, information transmission between participants in the network was depicted. By using NETMINER4.0, community map of relation matrix of participants in information disclosure process of water pollution incidents was present, and network attributes such as density and efficiency were analyzed. By using UCINET6.0, macro, meso and micro analysis on the network of information disclosure were implemented. The interactive relationships between participants and hidden information of the networked interaction were discovered. This paper contributes to the disclosing the latent problems related with information disclosure of water pollution incidents, and provides insights for the emergency management and environmental governance.
