he Research Situation and Development Trends of Instant Rice Using Extrusion Processing
从上世纪80年代,由美国人Harrow首先利用单螺杆挤压机生产方便米饭以来,挤压技术在方便米饭上的应用研究已经历了30个年头。截止目前,还没有一篇有关挤压技术在方便米饭生产中应用的综述文章报道。本文对挤压法生产方便米饭的研究现状及发展趋势进行了综述。
he production of instant rice using single-screw extruder was firstly proposed by the Americans Harrow in the 1980s. From then on, the extrusion technology to facilitate the application of instant rice has gone through 30 years. Until now, no reviews on the extrusion technology in the application of instant rice production have been reported. In this paper, the research situation and development trends of instant rice using extrusion processing are reviewed.
