dvances of CLEC-2, a new C-type lectin receptor
LEC-2 is a nonclassical C-type lectin receptor, which is expressed on platelets and granulocytes. It\'s dimerisation can bind rhodocytin, HIV and podoplanin, then causes phosphorylation of a tyrosine residue in the CLEC-2 cytoplasmic domain and subsequent signaling via Syk. Thus induce the aggregation of the platelet, the metastasis of the tumor, and the secretion of the cytokines. Further study of CLEC-2 will supply us more information and theory on the clinical treatment of tumor, thrombotic and hemorrhage vascular disease.
