基于DSP的开关磁阻电机调速系统

开关磁阻电机(SRM)是电机技术、电力电子技术、微机控制技术和检测技术结合的产物,是机电一体化产品。其结构简单、牢固、效率高、调速范围宽、调节参数多的优点使其应用广泛。首先介绍了SRM的原理和特点,调速系统的构成,与其发展研究概况,介绍了SRM调速系统的三种控制方式,与其优缺点,选择了适合本系统的控制方法。并证明了模糊控制器具有良好的控制效果。本文设计了基于DSP TMS320F2812的SRM调速系统的硬件设计,对系统的软件进行了整体规划、DSP资源的分配和时序的划分。最后在硬件系统平台上对设计进行了测试与比较,给出了相应实验的波形和分析,验证了控制策略的正确性,并得到了良好的动静态性能。
Switched reluctance machine combines the electrical machine theories with power electronics technique and the microprocessor control technique, measurement technique .It has a lot of advantages, such as simple structure, strong structure, high efficiency, wide speed adjusting range, multivariable control. So it is used widely. Firstly, the paper introduces the theory and features of SRM, the composing of SRM drive system and research survey. SRM is a nonlinear system which is multivariable and strong coupling.And analyze the advantages and disadvantages of three control modes for SRM, then choose the best mode for this system .The paper proves that fuzzy controller has the best effect. Finally, we tested and compared the different strategies on the hardware experiment system, and got the experimental waveforms. It validates that the control strategy is correct. And the SRM drive system has a good static and dynamic performance.
