科华素染料实用性能测试

In order to study the practical performance of Colvaceton series reactive dyes, different evaluation methods were detailed carried out in the paper. The article first studied the aggregate performance of reactive dyes in the soda ash solution by spectrophotometry, the results showed that the three primary colors was very stable in soda solution. Then, the dye absorption rate, dye-fixing percentage, SERF value, dye mobility and levelness factor was detailed tested. The results showed that the series of selected Colvaceton dyes had a uniform adsorption synchronization on fabric, and their levelness and dye migration was also very good.
